What's the difference between nylon, polyester and polyester taffeta?

Nylon and polyester are two kinds of synthetic fibers, and Tav is a fabric woven from polyester.

Nylon is the first synthetic fiber in the world, and it is also a statement of polyamide fiber (nylon).

Nylon is the trade name of polyamide fiber, also called Nylon. The English name Polyamide (abbreviated as PA) is the basic component of aliphatic polyamide which is linked by amide bond - [NHCO].

Polyester fiber is an important variety in synthetic fiber, and it is the commodity name of polyester fiber in our country. It is a pure terephthalic acid (PTA) or terephthalic acid methyl ester two (DMT) and ethylene glycol (EG) as a fiber polymer, polyethylene terephthalate as raw materials by esterification or transesterification and polycondensation prepared (PET), the spinning and postprocessing fibers.

Polyester taffeta is a fully polyester thin fabric. It is made of polyester filament. It is bright in appearance and smooth in feel. This cloth is called taffeta, which can be used as fabric and lining material. Taffeta is the taff mean, this was originally a classification of silk (silk is divided into 4 categories and 24 types), is now called polyester taffeta or polyester taffeta, nylon taffeta called.
