Coating agent is the key to affecting the quality of coating products. The base fabric used for coating needs to be pre-treated, and the fabric should not carry surfactants such as acid, alkali and other detergents. Defects such as drag color, knife wire and so on. The surface of the fabric is also required to be smooth and smooth, the yarns are arranged neatly, and there must be no "sparse road", "tight button" and other phenomena, so that the scraper can be evenly coated and not easily penetrated into the reverse side of the fabric, thereby improving the hand feel.


The quality of the waterproof coated fabric depends on the warp and weft density of the fabric. The tightness is high and the waterproofness is good; otherwise, the waterproofness is poor.
