The primary purpose
The air layer fabric, for starters, is primarily used to keep you warm. The inner, middle, and outer fabric structures are used in the structural design to create an air interlayer in the fabric, which has the effect of keeping you warm.
A system of warp or weft yarns is added between the outer and inner warp and weft yarns to form a sandwich structure of inner, middle, and outer layers in woven fabrics. The middle layer is made of a fluffy, elastic material. To achieve the effect of keeping warm, use a good filling yarn to form a still air layer. Thermal underwear is the most common example.
The knitted fabric can have weft knitted double rib weave and warp knitted spacer fabric. The warp knitted spacer fabric is made on a double needle bed warp knitting machine. The upper and lower surface layers are connected by spacer wires to form a sandwich structure. The spacer layer of this structure has a large gap, strong design, and great development space .
