Four-sided elastic is usually used in the fabric to add spandex stretch yarn method to make the fabric with elasticity, first the yarn and spandex wrapped yarn strands twist, made into elastic yarn, and twist is to control the feeding length of both respectively, in order to control the size of the elastic force of the yarn. Elongation of yarn and fabric is controlled during manufacturing and finishing to control the elasticity of the finished product.
Four-sided elastic cloth is the warp and weft two-way elastic cloth, the general elastic elongation is 10%-15%, the amount of spandex in the fabric is about 3%.
