Recycled Poyester :
Recycled polyester staple fiber is made of polyester fabric, waste polyester bottle, spinning waste silk, bubble material and pulp. The waste bottle is crushed and cleaned. The mixture of various materials is dried, melt extruded and spun. Silk, winding, bundling, drafting, crimping (while adding different oils at the time of crimping according to customer's requirements), slack heat setting, and cutting to form polyester staple fibers of different lengths.
Difference Between Polyester and RPET:
The performance is different
1. The strength of recycled polyester fiber is lower.
2. The strength of polyester fiber is relatively good.
The raw materials are different
1. Recycled polyester is re-granulated with recycled materials (PET bottles, foams, etc.) and then drawn into fibers.
2. Polyester is polymerized and esterified with chemical raw materials PTA and MEG.
